Stone Creek Inn has graced East Quogue since 1996, when celebrated chef Christian Mir, a native of Southwest France, and his wife Elaine DiGiacomo bought and renovated the historic building and created a premiere dining destination in the Hamptons.
The 160-seat restaurant features two dining rooms decorated in all-white with wooden floors and a menu that provides a mix of French Mediterranean and American influence. The team at Stone Creek Inn use only the finest local ingredients and rely on premier kitchen equipment by Pacojet and Rational to provide their deliciously diverse menu.
February 14, 1998 Brisas began its services with Brisas Colombiana Bakery, offering typical bakery products and homemade dishes of authentic Colombian cuisine. Identified by warm, friendly and cheerful service, Brisas continues to be the number one choice for Colombian food in New Jersey!
In June 2018, Brisas Empanadas began a historic partnership as the “Official Empanada of the New York Red Bulls”. As they continue to grow, they are staying on top of food trends and ensuring that their equipment is up to the task of providing delicious food to the masses. Brisas welcomed their newest pieces of kitchen equipment including a Winston Pressure Fryer, a Winston Holding Cabinet and a Vollrath Heated Display to keep their food warm and fresh!
