American Food Service Co (AFC) was founded in 1991 and is located in Savannah, Tennessee within a 170,000 sq. ft facility. American is a unique fabricator in that their range of core competencies include millwork and stainless as well as refrigeration; all three mediums are built and coordinated under one roof. In light of the company's vertical integration, nearly all material including case work and drop-ins are manufactured in house; consequently, AFC tends to be very competitive in the market place. AFC also specializes in interior seating, decor packages, interior and exterior awnings and signage. This potent combination ensures for consolidated purchasing and seamless project coordination during installation.

American is a certified fabricator of DuPont, Corian and Formica brand Surrell. Standard refrigeration is NSF 7 certified, and all equipment is UL and/or ETL. American offers full staging, delivery and turnkey installations anywhere in the country. They are members of FCSI, American School Food Service Operators Society, NAFEM and MAFSI.

The project presented above typifies AFC's abilities that  includes templating for the granite by AFC personnel, providing all mill work, refrigeration and case work as well as pre-installing all wiring to electrical panels. The job was delivered and installed completely by AFC. One manufacturer with virtually zero punch list.
