Lynne is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tri-State Marketing, bringing over 42 years of experience in the foodservice industry. She began her career in foodservice operations and industry sales, ultimately establishing Tri-State Marketing in 1999 and building it into a respected and successful manufacturers’ representative firm.

Under Lynne’s leadership, Tri-State has grown through a strong commitment to relationships, integrity, and service, values that continue to guide the company today. Her vision and dedication have played a central role in shaping the organization’s long-term success and culture.

MARC FUGARO

Vice President of Strategic Alliances

Marc Fugaro serves as Vice President at Tri-State Marketing, where he leads the company’s continued growth and expansion, including strategic development across the all territories. He brings a strong combination of culinary expertise and industry leadership, along with a deep understanding of foodservice equipment and operator needs.

Prior to joining Tri-State Marketing, Marc built a successful career with RATIONAL Cooking Systems, where he developed extensive knowledge of combi-oven technology, kitchen operations, and customer solutions. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts & Chef Training.

Since joining Tri-State Marketing in 2016, John Rodriguez has become a valued member of the sales team, known for his enthusiasm, industry knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. John attended Queens College, where he studied English Literature, and brings firsthand hospitality experience from his time working as a waiter. TIM MAMRAK

Sales Associate (New Jersey, Delaware, PA)

Tim brings extensive experience across the foodservice industry, having previously worked with both manufacturers and dealer organizations. His well-rounded background provides him with a strong understanding of equipment solutions, operator needs, and the evolving trends shaping today’s foodservice landscape.

In his role, Tim will be spearheading Tri-State’s expansion into MAFSI Territory #4, where he will focus on building relationships and supporting consultants, dealers, and operators throughout the region. His industry knowledge, technical understanding, and customer-first approach position him as a valuable resource for partners across the market.

Sales Associate (New England/Metro)

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in sales, client relations, and product specifications within the foodservice and design industries. Office Assistant

Erin Brady has over five years’ experience in the field of customer service and account management. With her excellent communication and people skills, Erin joins Tri-State Marketing focused on providing exceptional customer service in tracking orders, placing orders, and general account management. Bart serves as President of Tri-State Marketing and brings more than three decades of experience in the foodservice industry. He holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University as well as an MBA in Marketing from Pace University, combining strong academic credentials with extensive hands-on industry experience.

Stephanie supports both our marketing and sales operations. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City, she brings creativity, organization, and attention to detail to a wide range of responsibilities. Stephanie assists with social media, customer communications, and helping to promote our manufacturers and connect with industry partners. In addition to her marketing role, she supports our sales team through quoting, order processing, lead time updates, order status tracking, reporting, and other essential operational functions.

Inside Office Support

As a graduate of Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Economics, Joe brings Tri-State Marketing a fresh look into processes and systems for the office. Joe has been around the food service industry for most of his life and has years of hand-on experience with many of our products. Joe will be handling Tri-State’s IT needs as well as working with and supporting our customer base. When not working, Joe is an accomplished musician, playing the guitar, bass, and didgeridoo.
