Last year we had the pleasure of working with the infamous NYC based Little Collins as they opened their second location at 708 3rd Avenue.
The cafe pays homage to the casual, laid back culture of Melbourne, and the spirit of Australia is more evident though Little Collins' focus on service. Amiable baristas, along with the cafe's status of being the first to use Modbar (a fancy, under-the-counter coffee brewing module), have given Little Collins a fanbase of both dedicated regulars and impressed first-timers.
Every aspect of the café has been designed with the customer experience in mind. From the chic, industrial interior to the delicious, no-nonsense menu to the music that fills the space, Little Collins hits all the senses and makes people feel transported and completely at home, all at once. This is a place where the barista knows your name and remembers your favorite sandwich.
The team behind Little Collins welcomed a brand new RATIONAL Combi oven as well as Hoshizaki Refrigeration and Ice Machines to their newest location. Their new equipment will ensure a consistent and delicious product for every customer that comes through the door.
