May Customer Spotlight, La Loncheria

New York’s first and premier Mexican Loncheria opened in December, 2017 in the heart of Brooklyn at La Loncheria. Chef Danny Mena in collaboration with Chef Luis Jimenez and Oscar Bernal, have created their own contemporary take on classic Mexican dishes and spirits, playing with different flavors to create the best rustic Mexican food outside of Mexico.

A vibrant menu that offers five different types of Tortas, tacos, sandwiches and more is what has customers coming back, as well as their impressive cocktail list. The team at La Loncheria chose a Rational SelfCookingCenter to prepare their authentic dishes, ensuring a consistently delicious product.
