Meet our July Customer Spotlight, P.J. Clarke's on the Hudson located in New York City!
The crew at P.J. Clarke's has been serving up fresh food, frosty drinks and good, old-fashioned conversations since 1884. Their Hudson location opened in 2006 and has continued their timeless tradition of great food, great drinks and an even better atmosphere. With a menu that truly has something for everyone, the whole family can enjoy a delicious meal.
We had the pleasure of working with the P.J. Clarke's team at their newest location as they welcomed a Wood Stone Bistro Oven to their kitchen equipment line-up. With a 9.2 square-foot cooking surface, the Bistro 4355 can handle a variety of production scenarios and is great for an assortment of apps and entrees. This oven comes as gas-fired or wood-fired, you can also get a combination of both in one. Learn more about it here.
