October Customer Spotlight, Double Cheese!

This month we’re shining our spotlight on Double Cheese, a great local eatery in Upstate New York that recently partnered with us to outfit their kitchen with top-tier foodservice equipment. We’re proud to have helped them create a space that supports quality, efficiency, and future growth.


The Project

The team at Double Cheese worked with us to bring in four major equipment pieces that will serve as the backbone of their kitchen operations:


  • A griddle from Vollrath Cayenne Electric Griddle for high-volume, consistent cooking.
